If you don’t know already, blueberries are one of the healthiest foods you can eat. Not only are they a nice treat for your tastebuds, but they are packed with antioxidants that help lower risks for cancer and help clear blemishes from your skin! Some would argue they are detoxifying… because they have cleansing properties and fiber to help digestion.
With only 80 calories a cup, I know I’ll be eating them daily and trying to sneak them into other foods I eat, like adding them to yogurt or oatmeal. Go eat some blueberries for an extra health boost!
